Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa and Health Club Manager in the smooth and successful running of our spa operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends leadership responsibilities with active treatment delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to perform spa treatments at least two days per week, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and support the spa team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.
- Perform a range of spa treatments (including massage, facials and nail services) a minimum of two days per week.
- Assist in the daily management of spa operations, including scheduling, stock control, and budget oversight.
