Hours: 15 hours per week – Temporary or Secondment (11 months)
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the AHP Administration Team.
This post offers an excellent opportunity to support the development of a neuro‑affirming clinical service focused on early identification and co‑ordinated support within community settings, with the aim of reducing reliance on specialist diagnostic pathways.
In this role, you will provide essential day‑to‑day administrative support to the clinical team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Co‑ordinating appointments
- Preparing patient correspondence
- Templating clinics
- Supporting effective communication between professionals, families, and partner organisations
