Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Program Manager - Hardware to support advanced hardware engineering programs focused on vehicle sensors and test assets.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering leaders across hardware, software, vehicle engineering, product, and suppliers to drive execution across radar and sensor-related hardware programs. You’ll support both existing vehicle platforms and new platform development efforts involving early-stage sensor architecture and sensor selection.

The ideal candidate is a hardware-focused TPM with experience managing complex hardware development programs across multiple product iterations. They thrive in ambiguous environments, ask the right questions to drive alignment, and are skilled at leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the hardware development lifecycle.
