Job Description
Weโre looking for a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a management position for someone who can cook, lead, and train.
What Youโll Do
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and train cooks and prep staff
- Set standards and hold the line on quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Manage service, prep, and workflow across shifts
- Help with ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is off
- Maintain expectations and standards for menu items
What Weโre Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Comfortable managing and training people
