The Grosvenor Arms
was the first Chickpea pub, and it still sets the tone for everything that's
come since: roaring fires in winter, local artist Wilson McTeare's work on the
walls, and a kitchen that keeps things simple and does them well.
Handmade pies and
fresh fish from Brixham are the backbone of the menu, with nine cosy bedrooms
upstairs for anyone who doesn't fancy the drive home. Join the original
Chickpea pub and you'll be working somewhere with history baked into every
beam.
We're looking for a Sous Chef
who leads by example, sets high standards, and supports the Head Chef in
creating a kitchen where people can thrive. Our food ethos is shaped
collaboratively by the kitchen teams across the group, so your role is to help
deliver it brilliantly, service after service, while contributing to an
environment where people can develop and do their best work.
