The Position
:
Create and execute a diverse menu that complements our craft beer and cocktail selections.
Mentor and lead a dynamic kitchen team, promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
Stay ahead of culinary trends and industry developments, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our menu and elevate our dining experience.
Manage inventory effectively, optimising stock levels and minimizing waste to enhance efficiency and profitability.
The Person:
Minimum 3 Years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
An exceptional communicator with Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead.
Ability to oversee and execute innovative, modern, trend forward menus.
