Role
We are looking to secure a new sous chef for our Ibiza site in February 2022. The role requires leadership, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and a strong customer‑focused mindset. Commercially minded, you will help make this restaurant a cut above the rest.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff, creating an exciting work atmosphere to motivate the team.
- Drive daily kitchen operations and ensure all kitchen standards are maintained.
- Supervise team performance and serve as head chef in their absence.
- Maintain consistent food safety, health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous sous chef experience or comparable role.
- Strong communication and people‑management skills.
- Commercially minded with an eye for detail.
