This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in both à la carte and banquet environments, has a strong foundation in structured kitchen operations, and is passionate about developing teams while maintaining high culinary standards. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with fresh ingredients and takes pride in the craftsmanship that comes with a true scratch kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager

Banquet and event experience strongly preferred
