Gufo is hiring a Sous Chef to add to their team.
At Gufo (owl in Italian), our modern Italian menu centers around housemade pasta, pizza, and comforting-yet-inventive shared plates. We offer dinner seven nights a week, weekday lunch and brunch on the weekends. Our beverage program features craft cocktails, a curated selection of local beers, and a wine list focused on Italian grape varietals grown all over the globe.
Our goal is to create a sense of community through delicious food, thoughtful drinks, and genuine neighborly hospitality. We believe in getting back to the basics: great food in a comfortable space, served by a warm and welcoming team.
