About the Role
As a Sourcing Specialist , you will identify, engage, and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs across the organization.

Onsite – BGC, Taguig | Midshift
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- IT or MSP recruitment experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
