Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4‑year course; Engineering course is an advantage.
• 4-6 years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain.
• Experience with ERP with purchasing module.
• Experience in supplier management, contract management, or sourcing.
• Manufacturing environment exposure (electronics or similar).
• Knowledge/experience in ISO and IATF requirements and working environment is an advantage.
• Experience with supplier performance management and scorecards.
• Experience with EOL risk management or supply continuity planning.
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing principles (cost, quality, delivery, risk).
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end purchasing cycle.
• Supplier management skills: AVL maintenance, scorecards, contract management.
• Analytical skills: able to track and report on supplier performance, EOL risks, and contract status.
