**Kelly Job Description: Sourcing Specialist I**
**Location:** Columbus, IN
**Position Type:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
**Schedule:** Standard business hours
**Pay Rate:** $23/hr
**Job Summary**
The Sourcing Specialist I is responsible for supporting the Hardware team in managing large datasets, updating purchase agreements, handling supplier regulations, and resolving discrepancies across multiple internal systems. This dynamic role offers both independent and collaborative work, requiring responsiveness to frequent requests and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
+ **GBPA & FIT Updates:**
+ Manage mass updates for hundreds to thousands of part numbers based on Metal Market changes.
+ Utilize mass upload tools, update/add parts in SFD, verify PO and ASL flows in Oracle.
+ Track completed projects and submit FIT-related updates.
+ **GSAR Updates:**
+ Process ~2–5 GSARs per mon...
