You sit at the front of our delivery engine, feeding recruiters across sector desks. You take a live mandate, decode what good looks like, then go find it. Fast turnaround, clean data, and profiles worth the employer's time.Source qualified talent across our sector desks, from technology and finance to energy, healthcare, and built environment.
Hunt where others don't. LinkedIn Recruiter+, Boolean, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and the channels most people never open.
Build talent pools for live roles and the roles we know are coming. Our pipeline is our asset, not a task.
Screen with judgment against the real brief, not the CV. Shortlist on evidence and fit, not keyword matches.
Keep the data honest. Clean, tagged, and current in the ATS. If it is not in the ATS, it did not happen.
