As a member of the Pharmacy TA team, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to hire the talent that powers our mission to make medication access simpler, more affordable, and more convenient for customers nationwide. This spans across pharmacy leadership, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and customer care hiring. You will own searches across multiple business lines, implement creative sourcing strategies to solve hiring challenges, and develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship building.
