We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Public Safety and Mobility business. In this role, you will work at the core of our operations — ensuring our electronics and technology solutions are built on a competitive, reliable, and scalable supplier network. Our solutions are used in public transport, passenger information systems, and safety‑critical environments , meaning your work will have a real, visible impact. Location: Turku or Forssa (with flexibility to work across both sites).

What you’ll do?

• Lead sourcing activities for selected categories, suppliers, and materials
• Manage RFQs, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations
• Build and develop supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability
