A privately held Australian precious metals refinery with a clear commercial strategy is building out the function that everything else depends on: feedstock. With the right volume of doré flowing through the door, the growth story accelerates along with the the path to LBMA accreditation.
This is a newly created Sourcing Manager role with end to end ownership of inbound supply across three corridors SE Asia, PNG, and the Australian mid-tier mine sector. It is a genuine hunter mandate. You will be on planes, in meetings with mine owners and agents, negotiating contracts, navigating customs and banking across multiple jurisdictions, and building a supply pipeline that grows year on year.
