Sourcing Manager

Saxdor is growing rapidly, and sourcing plays a critical role in cost, quality, lead time and production stability. As Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing across assigned categories: building and developing the supplier base, leading RFQs, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring supplier readiness for new projects and volume ramp-ups across European production entities.

You will work with direct materials that have a direct impact on production, quality and lead time, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Production and Quality. The role is hands‑on, close to the business, and comes with clear ownership and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category sourcing activities aligned with Saxdor's strategy and production needs
