Purpose / Role Overview
The Subsea Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading complex sourcing and contracting activities across all subsea scopes and regions, supporting both project delivery and operational needs. This is an individual contributor role with strong leadership expectations, where the incumbent will own and lead a portfolio end-to-end (from demand planning through to contract closeout), delivering strong commercial outcomes while working closely with global partners, suppliers, and Subsea category team. The role requires a sourcing professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who drives value creation through innovation, strong commercial thinking, and continuous improvement!
