Sourcing Analyst - Ensenada, Mexico

We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst for our Ensenada, Mexico location. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing projects, working with divisional business units on designing and populating spreadsheets, ensuring the accuracy of updated vendor information, preparing supplier RFQs and analyzing variances, and creating weekly ad hoc reports to support purchasing management. Through the proper analysis, we will present all information in a manner that allows decision-making with clear financial details to the appropriate levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates data collection from suppliers required for import/export regulations (AAA Certification) along with other legal requirements from suppliers (maquiladora/IMMEX).
• Contacts suppliers and maintains CT-PAT/NEEC security programs information from suppliers.
