Solutions Implementation Lead (AI Ops / Managed Operations Services)

In order to be considered the following is required:

• 7–12 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support


• Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms


• Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments


• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications


• Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems

Enterprise Platform Implementation:

• Lead the implementation of AIOps, observability, monitoring and automation platforms within enterprise environments
