In order to be considered the following is required: 7–12 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of AIOps, observability, monitoring and automation platforms within enterprise environments Co-develop and Configure architecture solutions aligned to service delivery design Translate architectural documentation into practical system implementation Ensure platform installations meet operational and performance requirements
