Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and mentor world-class Solutions Engineers for mid-market needs
• Coach on discovery, storytelling, and demo excellence
• Align with sales leadership on pipeline priorities
• Oversee demos, trials, and RFPs for effective execution
• Standardize demo workflows and internal systems
Requirements:
• Experience managing Solutions Engineers in SaaS environments
