In this role, you will:• Prepare solution designs and estimate deliverables according to Scotiabank's policies, standards and templates based on business, project and systems specs
• Produce and maintain architectural and design documentations to support Private Banking business needs
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, and maintain different applications
• Closely work with business partners to align on immediate needs and future state requirements.
• Apply innovative approach to developing process improvements and solutions
• Interact with stakeholders to collaborate, align and resolve issues
• Lead the team with a continuous improvement mindset, actively promote inclusivity and trust, promote an environment of curiosity and experimentation
