Join a major organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation across multiple business areas. This role focuses on designing CRM and marketing technology solutions that transform business needs into robust technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM replacement and customer platform projects (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Work with enterprise architecture, product, and engineering teams.
• Engage stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Shape the architecture for CRM and marketing insight platforms.

About You:

• 5–10 years’ experience in Solutions Architecture.
• Strong CRM background (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Able to translate business strategy into practical technical solutions.
