PWM is seeking a Solutions/ Applications Engineer to translate customer requirements into manufacturable, competitive and credible technical solutions for bids and strategic programs. This role sits at the centre of the pursuit process and turns mission needs into engineered approaches that PWM can deliver at high quality, on schedule, and at acceptable cost.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, industrial, or related engineering/technology discipline.
- 5+ years of practical engineering or applications experience in fluid power, precision manufacturing, fabricated assemblies, or engineered products.
- Strong ability to read drawings, specifications, GD&T, BOM structures, and manufacturing requirements.
