Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales service solution development, including bid management, solution design, and cost estimation for new projects to ensure competitive and compliant proposals - Market analysis - Customer relationship development at technical level - Drive customer satisfaction by handling escalations, tracking issue resolution, and managing service partner capabilities
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as solution manager - Have rich experience in data communication, understand campus networks, data center network, security networks, and WAN networks, master related protocol knowledge, independently complete design, and demonstrate to customers - Professional English - Major in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or a related field
