Job Description
We are looking for an Solution Engineer to join our growing warehouse automation team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy both front-end technical solutioning (presales) and hands-on project execution on site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver reliable and efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Support
Support sales activities with technical solution design, system concepts, and layout proposals
Understand customer operational requirements and translate them into automation solutions
Prepare technical clarifications, assumptions, and input for quotations
Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and site surveys with customers
Coordinate with suppliers and principals on system specifications and feasibility
