looking for a 8 year Salesforce Communications Cloud professional with strong expertise in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) to design, configure, and manage telecom product offerings and sales flows across B2B/B2C journeys

Key Responsibilities

* ESM (Enterprise Sales Management) Design and implementation. Quoting flows, sales agreement lifecycle, Commercial hierarchy and pricing structures, QuoteàOrder integration flows

* Configure and manage Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) - Product design (simple & bundled products), Product attributes, categories, and relationships, Offers, bundles, cardinality rules, Pricing, promotions, charges, and discounts, Decomposition rules and product-service mapping, Product lifecycle management and versioning

* Integration with Downstream Systems: Product alignment CPQ, Order management and Provisioning fulfillment systems.
