Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for BSS/OSS implementations, including integrations with third-party and legacy systems
- Own technical solution decisions across the project lifecycle, from proposal through delivery
- Review and validate high-level and low-level design documents prepared by delivery teams
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer architecture discussions
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation approaches during solution design
- Must-Haves
- Strong background in telecom BSS/OSS architecture (billing, charging, CRM, mediation, or similar)
- Experience designing system integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration)
- Proven track record owning solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills
