- PlanĀ andĀ executeĀ researchĀ toĀ understandĀ expectations,Ā behaviorsĀ andĀ needsĀ toĀ informĀ designĀ decisions.
- DevelopĀ userĀ personas,Ā journeyĀ maps,Ā serviceĀ designĀ blueprints,Ā informationĀ architectureĀ diagramsĀ andĀ otherĀ designĀ artefactsĀ asĀ suitsĀ theĀ needsĀ ofĀ theĀ migrationĀ projectĀ orĀ migrationĀ team.
- CollaborateĀ withĀ andĀ adviseĀ theĀ productĀ andĀ infrastructureĀ teamsĀ onĀ architecturalĀ design.
