Job Description
RELEX Solutions is looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Business Support & Testing team in Helsinki.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve supply chain related and SQL issues faced by customers and colleagues using RELEX’s leading‑edge technology.
- Provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system.
- Ensure and support high‑quality product development by conducting acceptance testing.
- Conduct analyses and investigations on an ad‑hoc basis for different internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with consultants to create customer and product related documentation.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries.
