Perform hand soldering and rework on electronic components (SMT & through-hole) as per IPC-A-610 standards. Assemble medical device sub-assemblies using soldering irons, microscopes, and hand tools. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Inspect solder joints and assemblies for defects, quality, and compliance. Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations applicable to medical devices. Maintain accurate documentation and batch records. Handle sensitive electronic components following ESD and cleanroom protocols. Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues.
