About the role This is a fixed site field role focused on DC system health, module replacements, tracker repairs, inverter maintenance-repairs, and other maintenance activities on utility-scale solar facilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' solar assets perform safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is located in City, State. RNWBL offers a relocation assistance package if interested in this position. What You'll Do Reside or relocate within 1 hour of the project when possible. Inspect and troubleshoot DC systems, combiner boxes, and string performance (Must be able to use a meter and, once trained, operate other needed electrical test equipment). Perform module swaps and replacements in accordance with site standards. Diagnose and repair tracker system components (gearboxes, actuators, drives, motors, etc.).
