Job Description
We are looking for hands-on and dependable Solar Installers to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the safe and proper installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and related electrical components. Experience is great—but willingness to learn and work hard is just as important.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and mounting systems on rooftops and ground mounts
- Perform basic electrical work (wiring, conduit, inverter mounting, etc.)
- Follow installation plans and safety procedures on site
- Assist in loading/unloading, lifting equipment, and managing materials
- Coordinate with engineers and team leaders during installation
- Perform system checks and clean-up after project completion
- Support team with site preparation and final handover tasks
