**Job Description**
The Solar Laborer supports the construction and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems mounted on parking canopy structures. This role focuses on site preparation, structural assembly, and overhead solar panel installation, working primarily outdoors and as part of a collaborative team.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
+ General labor experience in construction or similar physically demanding environments.
+ Ability to perform repeated overhead lifting of up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to work safely and effectively using hand tools and basic power tools.
+ Comfort working at heights and performing all work overhead.
+ Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team on a construction site.
+ Strong work ethic and reliability in a physically intensive role....
