Our client, an environmental projects company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Soil Scientist / Agronomist in the Technical Business Unit located in Irene. Duties & Responsibilities BSc Honors or Masters in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, Pasture Science, or Biology. At least three years’ experience as an Agricultural / Agronomist / Environmental or Soil Scientist Consultant. Report writing experience and skills. Beneficial: Previous experience in an Agricultural or Mining consulting environment. Proven experience in the analysis and interpretation of soil quality parameters. Must be able to pass medicals, induction, and training certifications. Must be able to execute fieldwork and physical manual labor associated with fieldwork for extended periods of time in outdoor environments. Must be willing to travel locally and abroad on occasions.
