The Software Transformation Lead is responsible for driving Agile and engineering transformation across medical device software development teams, ensuring that modern delivery principles, practices, and ways of working are effectively adopted in regulated environments.
The role focuses on enabling cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency, product quality, and compliance by embedding Agile methodologies and engineering transformation practices aligned with IEC 62304, design controls, and quality management requirements. Acting as a transformation leader and facilitator, the Software Transformation Lead partners with software development, system engineering, quality, regulatory, and project teams to establish sustainable Agile practices, engineering excellence, and a continuous improvement culture.
