  • Analyze business requirements, system specifications, and feature changes through stakeholder discussions.

  • Prepare high-level test suites and test scenarios covering end-to-end flows.

  • Perform risk analysis on requirement or feature changes.

  • Review and evaluate test cases and testing results.

  • Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to testers.

  • Monitor team testing progress.

  • Provide support during the testing process including defect validation.

  • Ensure regression testing covers all impacted areas.

  • Manage and maintain testing artifacts.

  • Propose improvements to testing processes and tools.

  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
