- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and industrial networks
- Provide technical support for IT systems, hardware, software, and machine interfaces
- Integrate production equipment with software platforms and business systems
- Configure machine software, databases, and communication systems
- Perform software updates, system upgrades, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and automation issues on-site
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimise system performance
- Communicate technical solutions with customers and internal teams
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems support within manufacturing or industrial environments
