Job Description
The Software Systems Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and is involved in aspects of the software lifecycle: design, development, testing, implementation, installation, training, and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
Required Qualifications
- Good at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Good at problem-solving
- Good knowledge of multiple programming languages
