Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned, highly independent Senior Software Quality Assurance (Sr. SQA) Specialist to drive quality outcomes for the Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance (TSCMF) product delivery line. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage end‑to‑end testing artifacts, and ensure all systems conform to established organizational standards. You will be instrumental in identifying quality risks, leading data reconciliation efforts, and making critical release‑readiness recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Artifact Review & Escalation: Review high-level solution designs (HLSD), functional specifications documents (FSD), and technical design documents (TDD). Identify and escalatate issues early to the SQA Test Lead and Product Delivery Manager.
