Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Document test cases.
- Perform and document risk analysis.
- Record test progress and results.
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and production environments using AWS CloudWatch.
- Analyze application logs and metrics to identify issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Proactively detect, investigate, and report production incidents, coordinating with development and DevOps teams for timely resolution.
- Validate fixes by monitoring post-deployment application behavior and verifying system stability.
