Purpose of the role The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of document management, enterprise content management (ECM), workflow automation, business process automation (BPA), OCR, capture, and related software solutions. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed business outcomes, while coordinating technical teams, software consultants, customers, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
