Job description

1. System hang、BSoD(Blue Screen of Death)、Black Screen issue analyze.
2. System compatibility and Stability issue clarify.
3. Cross function (BIOS、FW、EE、Power、Factory、QA) cooperation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Management of related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year experience of PC industry.
3. This position will require communication with colleagues in Taiwan, so it will require communicating in both English and Mandarin.
4. Well understand x86 PC architecture.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Windows operation.
6. Have Microsoft windows and device driver knownledge study (ADK, WPA ETL).
