Job Purpose

Manage enterprise software licenses and software contracts to ensure compliance, cost control and effective contract governance.

Software Licensing Management

Manage license inventories, entitlements and usage; ensure license compliance and support audits; identify optimization opportunities; support renewals, true‑ups and changes.

Software Contract Management

Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management; review licensing, audit, renewal and termination clauses; maintain contract documentation and track key milestones.

Tools

• Excel – license tracking and compliance reporting
• Power BI – dashboards and reporting
• SAP Ariba – contract records and approvals
• PowerPoint – management presentations

Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

Work within IT governance and audit frameworks; coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance and Audit teams; ~5 years of relevant experience in software...
