Job Description Summary

Provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post‑sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Execute departmental operations planning and execution within a technical discipline while ensuring quality, volume, and timeliness.

Essential Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions using the Software Suite.
• Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture, design, and functionality decisions to keep programs on budget, on time, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop tailored strategies through site assessments and workflow recommendations.
