Job Description
Agentic Workflow Design
- Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows
- Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow‑ups, and complex query handling
Enterprise Systems Integration
- Lead integrations with critical platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), payment gateways, and communication APIs
- Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools
Event‑Driven Automation
- Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers
- Ensure real‑time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents
Consultative Scoping
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Testing & Reliability
- Build and execute testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy
