Our client is seeking a dedicated Software Engineer with a data bias to join the team building an inventory and booking platform on a 6 month contract initially with the opportunity to extend further.

This is a full stack application engineering role but with a deliberate tilt toward the data side of the platform: the pipelines that feed BigQuery, the models that back our reporting, and the Looker reporting layer that serves as a window on our sources of truth.

Technical Profile

• Kotlin or Java, a solid grasp of REST API design & Spring Boot. 
• Practical experience with LookML, particularly authoring and maintaining Explores.
• Hands-on experience writing and optimising analytical SQL in BigQuery, with an understanding of how partitioning, clustering, and query structure drive both performance and cost.
• Strong understanding of Postgres 
• Cloud-native development experience, preferably GCP (or AWS, or Azur...
