As the company continues to invest heavily in engineering, they’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth. This isn’t a traditional management role focused purely on delivery. You’ll lead an established engineering team while remaining close to the technology, working alongside Product and Engineering leadership to influence architecture, improve engineering standards, and build highly scalable financial products used by customers across multiple international markets. Engineering sits at the heart of the business, with teams owning products end-to-end and encouraged to challenge ideas, improve systems, and continuously raise the technical bar.
