**The Role**
General Motors is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead delivery, modernization, and operational excellence for Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Order Entry and Retail Inventory applications. This leader will manage an established engineering team and a critical portfolio supporting dealer parts order entry, retail inventory management, and order visibility, while remaining technically hands-on through design reviews, pull requests, debugging, and selective development work aligned to GM’s SaaS First, Cloud First, AI First direction.

+ Lead a team of software engineers responsible for CCA Order Entry and Retail Inventory applications, including Retail Inventory Management (RIM), Parts Workbench Plus (PWB+/POEM), and related order visibility capabilities.
